The work: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with client Integration and Data Architects, the Accenture ICM Comp Team, and the offshore DI team..
This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May also consider qualified candidates in Tampa, FL or Dallas,TX.Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:- Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter
- Strong understanding of data accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.
- Oracle Cloud Certification
