The Work: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud technology solutions including Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to design and deliver robust Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud technologies, staying updated on the latest developments and best practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Cloud professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in Oracle Cloud technology delivery.
- Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Core HR Processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design based on Oracle functionality.
- Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in in one or more modules of Oracle Cloud technologies (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, PaaS and OIC)
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What You Need: - Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Core HR
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering Oracle transformation projects
- Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- Experience leading at least three end to end engagements in the Oracle Cloud space
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role, with a focus on Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If: - Proficiency in one or more industry sectors - Resources, Products, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial services, Communications, Media, or Technology
- Oracle Cloud certification in one or more modules.
- PMP certification
- Have good Cross-Functional exposure to other HCM modules
- Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS
- You've gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to deliver large scale implementation projects
