ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking highly skilled Functional Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor and/or Absence Management consultants to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud T&L/AM modules within the Oracle HCM suite. This role is focused on providing functional guidance, data conversion, hands-on configuration, integrations, and reporting support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor/Absence Management solutions.
- Proficient in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and/or Absence Management modules, guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Configure Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and/or Absence Management features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources.
- Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client's current solution.
Required Qualifications- We are seeking all levels of experience as a Functional Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and/or Absence Management consultant.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and/or Absence Management.
- Experience with Oracle Fuion Time and Labor and/or Absene Management implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and its integration points with T&L/AM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification Preferred.
