ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking highly skilled Functional Oracle Fusion Learning Consultants to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Learning within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite. This role is focused on providing functional guidance, data conversion, hands-on configuration, integrations, and reporting support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud Learning solutions.
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion Learning module, guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Configure Oracle Learning Fusion features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources.
- Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client's current solution.
Required Qualifications- We are seeking all levels of experience as a Functional Oracle Fusion Learning Consultant.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Learning.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Learning implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and its integration points with Learning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification Preferred.
