Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle team.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.  At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following? 

• Experience with or understanding of:  

• Architecting and deploying analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud’s OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence/FAW/Narrative Reporting

• Familiarity with basic functionality of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/EPM  

• Familiarity (or more) with basic SQL statements and writing simple queries 

• Working with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and designing tailored analytics solutions.  

• Developing and managing data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data flow for reporting.  

• Creating interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights for business users. 

• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of analytics solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability in Oracle Cloud environments. 

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices, Oracle Cloud capabilities, and emerging analytics trends. 

• Training end-users and internal teams on Oracle analytics tools and ensure smooth adoption of solutions. 

• Leading project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of analytics and reporting projects within scope and budget. 

• Ensuring solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations.  

• Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for advanced analytics. 

• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.  

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.  

• Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.  

• Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.  

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.) 

• 2+ years working in either in professional services or related industry. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access. 

• Professional Certification such as Oracle Cloud Analytics, Oracle B or similarFusion Cloud Reporting Tools preferred. 

Our Hybrid Workplace 

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
