Full Job Description
Lead the design and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of private-label products and restaurant menu items. Drive ''Digital Thread'' consistency across R&D, sourcing, and commercialization, ensuring all products meet global safety, nutritional, and labeling standards while accelerating time-to-market.
Your Role
• Own the PLM & Brand Compliance Workstream: Lead planning and sprint execution for Innovation Management, Product Development, and Brand Compliance Management Cloud Service.
• Lead Product & Recipe Lifecycle Design: Define processes for private-label product specifications, ingredient-level menu development, and recipe formulation.
• Enforce Global Compliance & Safety: Implement automated workflows for nutritional labeling, allergen tracking, and regulatory certifications (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Drive Supplier Collaboration: Configure portals for global suppliers to submit product technical data, audits, and sustainability certifications directly into the Oracle Product Hub.
• Integrate the Value Chain: Oversee data synchronization between PLM, Oracle Retail, and Oracle ERP for Restaurants to ensure accurate COGS and menu pricing.
• Validate Launch Readiness: Lead pilot rollouts to verify item masters, ingredient yields, and packaging artwork before full-scale commercialization.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Use built-in AI and analytics to identify high-risk ingredients, optimize sourcing, and reduce the ''cost of quality''.
Your Skills and Experience
• 8+ years in Retail/F&B Technology: Deep knowledge of product lifecycle processes, private-label development, or restaurant menu management.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Expertise: Proven experience with Product Development and Product Hub (PIM) modules.
• Specialized Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of recipe formulation, packaging/labeling compliance, and multi-unit restaurant supply chains.
• 3+ years in Agile/SAFe: Experience leading workstreams in high-velocity, iterative delivery environments.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 53,580 - $ 161,544

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
