Job Description We are seeking an experienced AEM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service, with strong experience in Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead Adobe architecture discovery and technical inception workshops. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing AEM solutions and integration architectures. Identify and assess architecture, integration, identity, content, and data requirements. Create solution blueprints and conduct architecture reviews. Integrate AEM with enterprise platforms including CRM, e-commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and third-party systems. Drive performance optimization, deployment automation, and cloud adoption initiatives. Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout delivery. Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and client engagements.
