About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant who will serve as the Product Transformation Leader. This person will serve as a key member of the Chief Operation Office (COO) Technology Transformation Office and is responsible for defining, implementing, and scaling the product-centric operating model across COO Technology.

This role helps shape how the organization prioritizes, organizes, funds, governs, and delivers work to achieve measurable business outcomes. The individual will drive transformation initiatives that improve role clarity, accountability, decision-making, product effectiveness, delivery execution, and value realization across portfolios and products.

Acting as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, this individual will establish operating model standards, improve alignment between Product and Technology organizations, optimize organizational structures and product governance, and drive adoption of product-centric ways of working. The role will also ensure transformation efforts produce measurable business outcomes through value realization frameworks, product effectiveness measures, and operational performance improvements.

The Product Operating Model & Value Realization Leader will play a critical role in helping COO Technology evolve into a more product-centric, AI-enabled, and outcome-oriented organization.

In this role you will:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the COO Technology Product Operating Model, improving delivery effectiveness, governance maturity, and alignment to strategic business objectives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business leaders to optimize organizational structures, product-to-engineering alignment, and operating rhythms, increasing transparency and execution effectiveness.
• Establish product governance, portfolio management, and operating model standards that improve product maturity, strengthen accountability, and drive consistent adoption across the organization.
• Define and implement value realization frameworks that measure business impact, track benefits delivery, and ensure product investments are aligned to enterprise priorities and customer outcomes.

• Redesign cross-functional structures, decision paths, and ways of working across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams—moving beyond the management of transformation activities to remove barriers, accelerate execution, and demonstrate sustained outcomes.

• Develop governance and prioritization frameworks that improve investment decisions, resource allocation, and leadership visibility into portfolio performance and transformation progress.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic tradeoffs, operating model improvements, and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance organizational agility, decision quality, and business value delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6+ years of experience in product management, operating model transformation, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, strategy, consulting, or related disciplines.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience implementing or scaling product-centric operating models in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of product management, Agile delivery, organizational design, governance, and business transformation.
• Experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to drive organizational change.

• Experience with Product-to-Technology transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of product maturity models, product governance, and portfolio management practices.
• Experience with value realization frameworks and business outcome measurement.
• Experience supporting workforce modernization or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with organizational effectiveness, role design, and operating model optimization.
• Consulting, strategy, product management, or transformation leadership background.
