Job Summary
The Oracle FCCM/ECM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise analytical applications built on Oracle FCCM/OFSAA platforms. The role requires strong expertise in software development, system integration, data analytics, Unix, SQL/PLSQL, and DevOps practices. Senior-level candidates are expected to provide technical leadership, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and produce detailed technical designs for enterprise analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle FCCM/OFSAA analytical applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop enterprise analytical applications supporting end-to-end business processes.
• Create technical designs in collaboration with solution architects, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, and Unix-based solutions.
• Design and implement system integrations and API-based integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Develop data analytics solutions supporting enterprise reporting and analytical applications.
• Support application deployments, scheduling, automation, and production support activities.
• Utilize scheduling tools such as AutoSys and Control-M for batch processing and workflow automation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with PMO teams, QA teams, business stakeholders, and architects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support Agile development activities, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support for enterprise analytical platforms.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and implementation artifacts.

Required Qualifications
• 5-8 years of software development experience for intermediate-level candidates or 10+ years for senior-level candidates.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience using Jira, JTMF, Confluence, ERWIN, or similar development and documentation tools.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Strong Shell scripting experience.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as AutoSys and Control-M.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data analytics solution design and enterprise analytical platforms.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise system integrations and API integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM, Oracle Enterprise Case Management (ECM), Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), or similar enterprise analytical platforms.
• Experience producing detailed technical designs for enterprise analytical applications.
• Experience collaborating with application architects, business analysts, PMO teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading solution design activities.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise analytical and regulatory reporting solutions.
