Job Summary
The Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the organization's Oracle EPM Cloud platform. This senior-level individual contributor role requires hands-on expertise across planning applications, integrations, calculations, metadata, security, and platform operations. The position will also support forecasting, financial modeling, and EPM initiatives aligned with Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on support and enhancements for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning/PBCS, Essbase, PCM, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDM.
• Build and maintain complex calculations and business rules using Essbase, Groovy, and MDX.
• Develop and support data integrations using Data Management/Data Exchange and ODI.
• Support configurations, metadata, security, and operational controls across EPM environments.
• Validate and reconcile data loads to ensure accuracy and downstream data integrity.
• Support forecasting, annual planning, and ongoing financial modeling activities.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, migrations, and environment refreshes/cloning.
• Troubleshoot EPM platform and application issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and Oracle Support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable EPM models, forms, and reports.
• Support complex EPM data flows and reconciliation processes.
• Contribute to the execution of the EPM roadmap aligned with Finance Transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• Deep, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience at a senior level.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Planning/PBCS.
• Strong experience with Essbase calculations and business rules.
• Experience with Groovy and MDX.
• Strong experience with EPM integrations, metadata, and security.
• Experience with Oracle EPM applications such as PCM, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDM.
• Proven experience with complex EPM data flows and reconciliations.
• Experience with Data Management/Data Exchange.
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and financial modeling processes.
• Experience with system testing, regression testing, migrations, and EPM environment management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and quickly adapt to the environment.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle ERP Financials, including GL, AP, FA, and Projects.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Experience within financial institutions or other regulated industries.

Certifications
• Oracle EPM certification is preferred.
