Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced
Oracle EBS R12 Functional Solution Architect with strong expertise in
Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least
3 to 5 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations and possess deep functional knowledge of O2C modules, including
Advanced Pricing and Configurator.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead solution design and architecture for Oracle EBS R12 O2C implementations.
- Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Architect and optimize Order to Cash processes across Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, AR, and related modules.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Configurator and complex pricing models.
- Ensure integration across Finance, SCM, and third-party systems.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Support data migration, reporting requirements, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience: - 12+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience.
- Minimum 3-5 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementations (mandatory).
- Deep expertise in Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Oracle Configurator, Accounts Receivable (AR), Shipping, and Inventory.
- Strong understanding of O2C process flows and cross-module integrations.
- Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
