Job description
Infosys is seeking an
Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Lead Consultant . The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the
Oracle Cloud Replenishment & Supply Planning for customer's requirements. The selected candidate be part of requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment of solution on Supply Chain Planning areas. The selected candidate will troubleshoot the issues and work with technical teams to resolve them. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- Strong working experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Planning / support.
- Experience in 2 to 3 Cloud full cycle implementations on Replenishment, Supply Planning modules.
- At least 3 years of experience in overall architecture discipline (Applications, Data, Technical, Security, Development, Operational, etc.).
- Lead discussions and develop, design and architecture for strategic initiatives, including cloud, integration and on-premise enterprise solutions as necessary.
- Understand as-is process, define to-be-processes, requirements gathering, Fit-gap analysis, Prepare functional specifications, solution design, test planning and execution, system integration testing, supporting UAT, cut-over and go-live.
- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 MFG areas, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM, PO modules with respect to planning integration touch points.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications: - At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
- At least 6 years of experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and mapping business process.
- At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
- Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
