Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead with extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation projects, design technical solutions, develop integrations, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
• Design and develop technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM technical components.
• Develop and maintain HDL (HCM Data Loader) solutions.
• Create and support HCM Extracts and Fast Formula.
• Develop BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports.
• Build and support REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Perform data conversions and migration activities.
• Implement and manage Oracle Cloud HCM security.
• Design scalable integration architectures and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Lead onshore and offshore technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and production support.
Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of Oracle technical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM technical components, including:
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• HCM Extracts
• Fast Formula
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• OTBI Reports
• REST & SOAP APIs
• Security
• Data Conversions
• Integrations
• Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
• Strong technical architecture and integration experience.
