Full Job Description
You Are:

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead Senior Manager, you will serve as the chief architect and strategic leader for a major end-to-end business process (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). You are the senior subject matter expert responsible for designing how the business will leverage Oracle Cloud to transform its operations.

The Work:
  • You will lead a team of functional consultants, guide senior business leaders on best practices, and own the functional integrity of your entire solution area.
  • You will be expected to apply your expertise in Project Program & Portfolio Governance to establish a robust framework that ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and steering the program through its lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
  • Your skill set should also include the ability to navigate complex project landscapes, effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and drive continuous improvement within the program.


Here's What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience in leading financial system implementations, particularly within the Oracle Cloud environment, will demonstrate your capability to manage complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end financial processes, from system configuration to user training and support.
  • Minimum 8 + years Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger solution experience with 3+ full cycle implementation and configuration experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes.
  • Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
