University Eye Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Doctor of Optometry to join its established, patient-centered practice with a unique partnership opportunity. This role is ideal for an optometrist who is excited to provide full-scope care, build meaningful relationships with patients, and grow within a respected independent practice that has proudly served the Charlotte community for decades.
What you'll do:
You’ll provide refractive and medical patient care in a full-scope optometric setting, using advanced technology such as OCT, virtual visual fields, LipiFlow, IPL, corneal topography, and optical services to support accurate diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and high-quality outcomes. In this full-time, 40-hour-per-week role, you’ll care for 20 to 24 patients each day while managing a broad range of visual and medical eye care needs. You’ll also collaborate with an experienced clinical and optical team to create a smooth, patient-centered experience from exam through follow-up care.
