Seattle Vision Clinic in Seattle, Washington is seeking a full-scope Associate Optometrist to join its established, community-focused practice. What you'll do:
As an Associate Optometrist, you’ll provide full-scope care that goes beyond routine primary eye exams, serving as a healthcare detective who delivers individualized solutions for each patient. You’ll see 10 to 20 patients per day while conducting comprehensive eye exams, fitting contact lenses, and managing complex ocular conditions such as glaucoma and dry eye. The role also offers the opportunity to use modern diagnostic technology, including OCT and digital retinal imaging, while maintaining efficient and accurate charting in electronic health record systems. In addition to strong clinical expertise, success in this role requires a patient-first mindset, clear communication, and the ability to translate clinical findings into reassuring, easy-to-understand recommendations. You’ll work closely with office staff, opticians, and fellow doctors to support a collaborative environment and deliver high-quality care without sacrificing the patient experience.
