DUTIES- Develop and apply advanced analytical, statistical, and optimization methods to support data-driven decision-making across business functions (10%).
- Design, build, and maintain decision-support tools including Power BI dashboards, SQL-based data models, and advanced Excel simulations to evaluate operational performance and improve system efficiency (10%).
- Collect, integrate, and analyze complex datasets from Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT systems, including Zoho CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP to identify trends, quantify risk, and evaluate trade-offs (10%).
- Support key business initiatives such as demand forecasting, pricing strategy optimization, manufacturing cost analysis, and margin improvement through quantitative modeling and scenario analysis (15%).
- Leverage approved AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to enhance analytical workflows, while rigorously validating outputs, testing assumptions, and translating insights into actionable, evidence-based recommendations (15%).
- Act as the single source of information for data integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information used in strategic and operational decisions (15%).
- Use software technology, including Excel and PowerPoint, to present findings to internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and the Senior Leadership Team (20%).
- Identify and analyze market trends to develop practical solutions to current and anticipated challenges (5%).

REQUIREMENTSRequires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics, and two years of experience in:
- Applying Excel power pivot, power query, macros, pivot tables, SQL, and multi-function formulas to evaluate multi-variable data sets;
- Using Microsoft Power BI to develop and analyze reports and dashboards;
- Using MS Dynamics GP as an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system in a manufacturing environment to gather and analyze data.
- Administering Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management) by acting as a system administrator in support of the sales team in all data entry, data management, and data analysis; and
- Manufacturing costing concepts and margin analysis using Absorption Costing Models, Whale Charts, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and AI-driven predictive analytics.

PAY AND BENEFITS- The pay for this position is $93,912.00.
