Pay: $86,000 - $136,000 The base salary range for this position in at the start of employment is expected to be between $86,000 and $136,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement. Job Title: Operations Supervisor 3 Position Overview: The Operations supervisor manages the daily activities of multiple production teams performing complex decontamination and decommissioning work. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of tasks while meeting project schedules. This position oversees and provides leadership oversite to subcontracted craft teams, and ensures compliance with nuclear operations, criticality controls, waste management requirements, OSHA safety standards, and NRC regulations. The supervisor sets work priorities, resolves complex operational issues, and directly influences the quality and performance of all assigned teams. Location: On-site in Erwin, TN Required Qualifications: - Requires a high school diploma, or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience. - First line management experience in D&D field or related area. - US Citizen - No dual citizenship - Active DOE "Q or L" clearance strongly preferred. Candidate must be able to maintain a DOE security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: - College level or vocation training in a technical field is preferred. - 5+ years' experience of field experience in an operating nuclear manufacturing facility or with nuclear D&D highly preferred
