Full Job Description
Job Summary:

This position is in the Western Midstream Delaware Basin Region as a member of the Operations Team covering the Delaware Basin Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Electrical teams. Position will be in the Plant Operations organization working with operations, maintenance, construction, and engineering to optimize asset value within this geographic area and will collaborate with HSSE, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, and other support groups. Experience with setting up reliability and maintenance programs that have increased reliability and reduced cost is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with operations, maintenance, construction, and/or commissioning of oil and gas processing equipment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or project/task leadership role.
  • Demonstrated history of building and managing high performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Working knowledge of electrical/instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Working knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance including maintenance planning and scheduling using SAP or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to apply critical thinking skills to troubleshooting complex problems.
  • Strong personnel development and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with plant operators, contract crews, engineers, technical peers, and management.
  • Intermediate computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.


Responsibilities:

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Engineering Technology degree or equivalent, or equivalent experience


Relocation:
  • This position is eligible for domestic relocation.


Travel Requirements:
  • The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10%


Work Schedule:
  • This position is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with an on-site schedule Monday through Friday. Employees work nine (9) hours each day, Monday through Thursday, and four (4) hours on Friday.
  • To support continuous operations, team members are expected to participate in a scheduled on-call rotation that provides coverage outside of normal business hours when required.
