Full Job Description
Reporting to theGeneral Manager,theTank Operations Manageris responsible for overseeing the Tank Rentals & Sales department functions for all locations. This role identifies synergies to improve productivity, providing exceptional customer experience and reducing operating expenses. Additionally, the Tank Operations Managerwill actively pursue new business opportunities and grow their share of tank sales and rental market.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Grow share of tank sales and rental market annually by agreed rate and in line with strategic goals; and work with other teams expand our presence in existing and developing locations across multiple provinces.
  • OverseeTank Rentals & Sales department operations business functions
  • Partner with EH&S to develop a culture of safety; champion EH&S requirements and deliver a consistent message of compliance across the network
  • Develop and manage financial budget for overall Tank Rentals & Sales teams
  • Champion the integration of the Tank Rentals & Sales
  • Oversee accounts as well as expanding Tank Rentals & Sales accounts to new business and acquiring these accounts in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and sales staff.
  • Assist in the management of fleet units
Qualifications
  • A combination of equivalent experience with education. Business degree is preferred
  • Minimum 5-10 years' leadership experience in a relevant industry delivering excellent customer service is mandatory and overseeing Tank Rentals & Sales is an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with solid interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and people skills to facilitate collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Some travel required

  • Base salary of $110-140K (depending on experience)
