The Operations Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing multifamily housing development projects. This role ensures the successful execution of project plans, from initial pricing and scheduling to construction completion and handoff to property management. The Operations Project Manager works closely with the Project Operations Executive and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate development or multifamily housing.
- Experience in managing la rge-scale, multifaceted projects with measurable success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial planning and budget management.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management plans for complex real estate development projects in order to successfully identify, assess and mitigate risk.
- Background in fostering team collaboration, with a focus on efficient project execution.
