Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Determine where AI can create operational value across departments
- Design AI workflows and system architecture
- Select AI models/tools/platforms
- Integrate AI into existing software ecosystems
- Coordinate between executives, operations teams, software engineers, and vendors
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance
- Evaluate ROI and develop the organization's long-term AI roadmap aligned with business objectives
Qualifications include:
- Experience in multifamily construction operations
- Working knowledge of Procore / Autodesk / BIM / Bluebeam ecosystems
- Understanding of scheduling, preconstruction workflows, document management, estimating, and development pipelines
- Deep understanding of AI automation opportunities
