We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Officer with TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our team working in McLean, VA
Required qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have certification as an operations officer, and an excellent knowledge of tools, along with 20+ years of successfully conducting and leading operations. Experience and demonstrated interest in modern mitigation efforts, demonstrated ability to successfully lead initiatives that cross multiple stakeholders, and excellent verbal and written skills particularly the ability to document and convey complex information clearly and completely. Demonstrated ability to review extensive data, identify trends, and prioritize stakeholders. Strong analytic, critical thinking and writing skills. Ability to conduct occasional TDY travel. Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, solve problems, work several tasks simultaneously, and meet short deadlines often in stressful situations.
Desired qualifications:
Demonstrated mastery of operations and capabilities, and previous experience working with various stakeholders.
