Opportunity Overview

The Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives. This position will lead cross-functional operational initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and leverage automation, robotics, and advanced operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of operational strategies that support organizational objectives, drive growth, and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize business processes through the implementation and enhancement of automation and robotics solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales/marketing, finance, and other functional teams to align operational priorities with business goals.
  • Build and maintain effective operational systems that support scalability, productivity, and cost optimization.
  • Support organizational growth through effective resource planning, budgeting, and allocation strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustain the highest quality standards across all operational activities.
  • Manage revenue performance by developing and implementing manufacturing and inventory strategies that maximize business results.
  • Develop and execute S&OE and S&OP strategies utilizing sales and marketing forecasts to balance inventory, demand planning, and revenue objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of operations management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational excellence and process optimization initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing automation and robotics technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with operational software, systems, and business tools.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Preferred experience implementing AI-driven or automated solutions to streamline operations.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.


This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $280,000 - $380,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
