Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the corporate environment, company events and large projects.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics and execution for trade shows and showroom activities
- Responsible for event planning, budgets, etc.
- Negotiates and orders all company promotional items
- Manages all charitable donations
- Coordinate inventory and supply orders
- Manage vendor relationships to support business operations
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports
- Manage construction and renovations as needed
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 experience required in a work related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-$100,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
