We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across two growing technology companies specializing in luxury residential and commercial AV, security, lighting, and automation systems.
RequirementsWhat You'll Do- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and equipment readiness.
- Coordinate purchasing with project schedules.
- Manage technician scheduling and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Service to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Lead weekly operations meetings and keep projects on track.
- Identify operational risks before they impact customers.
- Report directly to the CEO on operational performance.
Qualifications- 3+ years of operations or project coordination experience.
- Experience in construction, AV integration, security, or field services is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
