About the Role:
As a CBRE Operations Management Consultant, you will execute projects that involve corporate strategy and
organizational development.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and
operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.
What You'll Do:
• Manage different small to medium-sized projects aimed at the development of new business.
• Prepare local and regional business models to anticipate any regulatory changes.
• Interpret data, plan work, and refine techniques during the project. Assess unusual circumstances, varied
techniques, and incomplete or conflicting data.
• Support the monitoring of the performance of strategies and project teams. Highlight and improve areas of risk
or underperformance.
• Assist with the development and training of lower-level employees.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex
assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job
disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and
convince others to reach an agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.oderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other
financial-related calculations

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Operations Manager position is $91,500 and the maximum salary for the Operations Manager position is $100,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
