Onsite:
This position is open to applicants or individuals whoarelocatedinoraround Dallas,Tx and able to work 1st shift with flexibility for longer hours basedoff ofbusiness and peak needs.

The Role:

The Outbound Operations Manageris responsible forleading outbound operations including picking, packing, kitting, and triage. This role ensures order fulfillment is executed with speed, accuracy, and efficiency across a multi-client 3PL environmentsupporting E-commerce (DTC) and/or Wholesale (B2B) customers.

Key responsibilities include managing automated pick modules, driving performance metrics, and leading teams across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

WhatYoullDo:

  • Lead all outbound operations including picking, packing, kitting, and triage to ensuretimelyandaccurateorder fulfillment.

  • Manage and develop outbound supervisors and staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.

  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), units per hour (UPH) targets, and quality standards.

  • Plan and schedule labor based on forecasts, capacity requirements, and performance metrics.

  • Train teams on warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain organized and efficient picking locations for high-SKU environments.

  • Identifyand implement process improvements to drive efficiency and throughput.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other departments to resolve outbound issues and support service delivery.

  • Support company growth byidentifyingcapacity constraints and recommending operational enhancements.

  • Mentor and develop leadership talent within the outbound team to support performance, engagement, and career growth.

Physical Demands:

  • Shift: st shift

  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

  • Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).

  • Able to lift and carry up to 30-50 lbs. on occasion.

  • Able tomaintainattention and concentration for extended periods of time.

  • Able to work overtime.
