As an Operations Manager, you aren't just overseeing a territory; you are the steward of our culture in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Your goal is to ensure the operational success and strategic growth of your region by empowering your team and providing world-class service to our clients.

Your Primary Impact
  • Empower & Recruit: Source and lead a team of cleaning professionals and contractors. You aren't just "hiring"; you're building a team of Dream Builders.
  • Stewardship of Quality: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. We don't settle for "good enough"-we strive for excellence that honors our clients.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs while never compromising on service quality.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary heartbeat of our client relationships, proactively solving problems and seeking ways to grow together.
  • Resource Management: Oversee inventory and equipment, ensuring your team has the tools they need to succeed safely and effectively.
