Full Job Description
Operations Manager - Greenville, Indianapolis What You'll Do: Lead transportation, warehouse, and distribution operations to achieve safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. Oversee daily operations, inventory management, equipment utilization, regulatory compliance, and team performance while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. In This Role, You'll:
  • Oversee daily transportation and warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and associates to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and delivery performance.
  • Manage departmental budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
  • Oversee the maintenance, leasing, and utilization of transportation and material handling equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA, DOT, food safety, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate operational performance, priorities, and business objectives across teams and leadership.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouses , transportation, inventory control, and distribution practices.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, including OSHA and DOT requirements.
  • Budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management experience.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work onsite in a fast-paced distribution environment.
The Schedule & Setting:
  • Full-time, onsite leadership role in a distribution and warehouse environment.
  • Supports a multi-shift operation with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Leads a team of approximately 200 employees through frontline supervisors.

  • Accountable for operational performance, inventory accuracy, delivery efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Drives compliance with safety, food safety, OSHA, DOT, and company requirements.
  • Responsible for budget performance, cost management, equipment utilization, and facility standards.
  • Supports employee development, retention, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Measured by customer satisfaction, operational productivity, service levels, and continuous improvement results.
Pay & Benefits: Pay Range: $100K - $125K
