RoleWe're looking for an Operations Manager to scale our first warehouse selling hub in Atlanta, with potential expansion to multiple locations. In this foundational role, you'll be Jamble's senior operator on the ground in the U.S., building and executing our warehouse expansion strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory reception, outbound shipping, and live show preparation
- Develop and implement strategic warehouse expansion plans for 3-5 locations over the next 12-18 months
- Define and maintain performance KPIs: sell-through rate, show throughput, and warehouse productivity
- Create and optimize forecasting models for internal operations and inventory management
- Build and manage local teams, including the recruitment and training of live streaming sellers
- Define local vs. central organizational structure and establish operational routines
- Analyze demand patterns and optimize inventory management strategies to minimize costs
Profile- 3-5 years of experience in multi-site operations management, with proven scale-up expertise
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team
- Strong project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of U.S. operational legislation and compliance requirements
- Willingness to be based in or frequently travel to Atlanta (2-4 days/week)
- Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce operations preferred
- Strong strategic thinking
- Knowledge of French is a plus
