You take immense pride in building high-performing teams, boosting morale, and actively cultivating the next generation of leaders.
  • Hands-On Leader: Eager to dive into the daily workflow to truly understand the "how" and "why" of our operations, leading by example and stepping in to help whenever needed.
  • Talent Architect: Passionate about building cohesive teams from the ground up, driving high engagement, and actively growing people into leadership roles.
  • Empathic Communicator: Communicates clearly, builds deep trust, sets consistent expectations, and balances a results-oriented culture with genuine care for the team.
  • Strategic Mentor: Empowers growth and career progression by developing and coaching people, avoiding micromanagement while maintaining high operational standards.

What You'll Be Doing

People Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, inspire, and unite the Order Picking, Cleaning Facility, and Sanitation teams.
  • Spend dedicated time on the floor to gain a deep, foundational understanding of our unique processes, helping to troubleshoot bottlenecks alongside your team.
  • Actively mentor Supervisors and Lead Hands, mapping out clear career paths to grow them into future operational leaders.
  • Drive tailored initiatives and workplace strategies to continuously improve employee engagement scores, team morale, and retention.
  • Set clear roles, expectations, performance standards, and foster a healthy culture of mutual accountability.

Planning & KPI Performance
  • Own production budgets and KPI performance, connecting floor-level data with high-level strategy.
  • Set ambitious annual targets and drive year-over-year operational improvements.
  • Oversee labour scheduling, material flow, line optimization, and proactive contingency planning.

Operational Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement robust corrective actions.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, workplace organization, and total audit readiness.

What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple departments with a proven track record of rolling up your sleeves to drive productivity, efficiency, and process improvement.
  • 3+ years of experience with a demonstrable history of building teams, measurably increasing employee engagement, and successfully promoting/growing leaders from within.
  • 3+ years of experience working closely with cross-functional teams across Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
  • A strong desire to deeply learn technical and operational processes from the ground up.
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a strong plus.

What You Can Expect
  • Annual salary of $110,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Work schedule of Friday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility as needed to support operational requirements.
  • An energetic, inclusive workplace where your voice matters and your contributions drive real impact.
  • Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days.
  • Exclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing products.
  • A culture that celebrates innovation, encourages professional development, and supports work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to be part of a certified B-Corporation making a tangible difference in sustainable food systems.
