Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve performance standards for safety, cost, and productivity.
  • Lead business change initiatives while minimizing impact on personnel.
  • Support cardboard inventory reconciliation and utilize optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in financial and operational close processes including analysis and reconciliation.
  • Assist with compliance-related processes to support business controls and reporting accuracy.
  • Work with the crewing team to meet operational requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Motivate team members to reach planned goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and correct trends that may jeopardize financial targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and administer relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a regular presence on the plant floor and be open to off shifts and weekend work.

Responsibilities

  • Sets and achieves performance standards with regards to safety, cost and productivity
  • Delivers effective change leadership to drive business changes while minimizing people impact
  • Supports cardboard inventory reconciliation, performance monitoring, utilization tracking, and optimization initiatives.
  • Participates in weekly and periodic financial and operational close processes, including analysis, reconciliation, compliance activities, and identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Assists with administrative, financial, and compliance-related processes to support business controls, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Supports the crewing team to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Communicates and collaborates cross-functionally to assist teams to solve operational issues
  • Motivates team members to achieve plan goals
  • Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipates and correct trends which may compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Leads cross functional/departmental teams
  • Administers policies and procedures
  • This role requires regular presence on the plant floor
  • This role may require off-shift and weekend work
