Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in non-destructive testing (NDE) or inspection within facilities, pipelines, or industrial environments
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with both conventional and advanced NDE methods is a plus
• Skilled in managing crews and client relationships, along with quality assurance of reports
• Proficient in technical report writing and client communication
• Ability to mentor and develop personnel

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work aligns with company and client safety standards
• Manage and oversee project managers and technicians
• Recruit, onboard, and train new inspection technicians
• Handle day-to-day operations of field crews
• Coordinate logistics, equipment, and scheduling for projects
• Verify and maintain technician certifications before field assignments
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Engage in business development and client interface, supporting proposals and identifying growth opportunities
• Maintain profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across the service line
• Develop and implement strategic objectives aligned with service line initiatives
