Qualifications

• 10+ years of Distribution Center management experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platform
• Familiarity with AS400 system
• Red Prairie/JDA warehousing software experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic planning with the General Manager for efficient facility operation
• Oversee operational aspects to improve goods flow in and out of the center
• Develop the leadership team through hiring, training, and performance management
• Plan and manage financial aspects including budget, expenses, and staffing
• Coordinate communication with corporate departments and external partners
• Implement loss prevention measures to reduce inventory shrinkage
• Drive operational changes for continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of teamwork and respect among associates
