Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
• 7+ years in cyber range or computer testbed environments.
• 7+ years of Program Management or senior defense industry experience.
• 2+ years supporting Army and Joint Cyber Training operations.
• Strong project management and training program execution skills.
• Knowledge of OT/IT technologies, networking, and IT management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and development of MACC-TTE environments.
• Manage customer support for testing and training events, ensuring requirements are met.
• Integrate requirements into coordinated program plans for sponsors and customers.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure mission success.
• Establish responsibilities and manage projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and agencies on assigned projects.
• Support program execution and take on Program Manager responsibilities as needed.
