We are looking for an Operations Coach to partner directly with 1-800 Radiator franchise owners and help them improve business performance through data-driven insights.
This is not a traditional analytics role. Whileyou’llwork with data and reporting, your primary focus is helping operatorsunderstandwhatshappening in their business, whyitshappening, and what actions to take next.
You will act as atrusted advisor to franchisees, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational improvement.
How you willOwn It:
Partner with franchise owners toanalyze performance andidentifyopportunities to improve sales and profitability
Translate reports, KPIs, and dashboards intosimple, actionable insights
Lead performance conversations and help operators prioritize theright actions to drive results
Identifytrends, gaps, and best practices across the network
Support and enhance reporting where needed, focusing onclarity and usability over complexity
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Analytics) toalign onkey initiatives and performance drivers
WhatyoullBring:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability tointerpret data and connect it to business outcomes
Exceptional communication skills 6 able to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way
Comfortable working directly with operators and influencing decisions
ProficiencyinExcel; Experience withSQLandPython; familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Ability to balancedata, business judgment, and real-world operational constraints

AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
