JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for an Operations Coach to partner directly with 1-800 Radiator franchise owners and help them improve business performance through data-driven insights.
This is not a traditional analytics role. While you'll work with data and reporting, your primary focus is helping operators understand what's happening in their business, why it's happening, and what actions to take next.
You will act as a trusted advisor to franchisees, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational improvement.
How you will Own It:
- Partner with franchise owners to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability
- Translate reports, KPIs, and dashboards into simple, actionable insights
- Lead performance conversations and help operators prioritize the right actions to drive results
- Identify trends, gaps, and best practices across the network
- Support and enhance reporting where needed, focusing on clarity and usability over complexity
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Analytics) to align on key initiatives and performance drivers
What you'll Bring:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and connect it to business outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills - able to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way
- Comfortable working directly with operators and influencing decisions
- Proficiency in Excel; Experience with SQL and Python; familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Ability to balance data, business judgment, and real-world operational constraints
