Job Title: Operations and Change Enablement CoE Lead

Location: Full Time / Fully Remote

We are currently seeking a skilled Operations and Change Enablement CoE Lead to support a leading Fortune 100 client. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing operational leadership and governance support for the Business Adoption & Change Management function by enabling consistent demand intake, portfolio management, reporting, capacity planning, and delivery processes across supported initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Business Adoption demand intake, portfolio workflows, resource forecasting, prioritization inputs, and governance processes.
  • Maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting, capacity plans, methodology standards, and readiness metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate demand flow and operational alignment across Change Leads and CoE resources.
  • Support project-level change activities, including change impact inputs, stakeholder coordination, readiness tracking, communications alignment, and training planning support.
  • Assist Change Leads with execution monitoring and follow-up activities throughout project delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft 365, portfolio and project management tools, dashboard/reporting tools, and supporting demand, capacity, and resource planning processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong diligence, clarity of thought, and the ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.

Required Start Time: Due to national and international operations, a start time of 8 a.m. EST is required.
