Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a leadership development and succession pipeline, gaining multi-site exposure and preparing for future Site Manager or Director-level roles.
  • Lead Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple sites, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Partner with site leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable improvement plans with measurable business impact.
  • Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainability through structured follow-up and governance.
  • Build organizational capability by coaching and developing teams in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Act as a change leader, influencing cross-functional and multi-site teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment to operational and financial objectives across sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business and financial results.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including influencing across functions and developing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational improvements to enterprise performance.
  • Experience in a multi-site or matrix organization with exposure to broad operational challenges.
  • High-potential leader with a desire to advance into plant leadership roles and willingness to relocate/mobility for future opportunities.

Starting at $110,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
