Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and Nexus.
• 3+ years managing Red Hat OpenShift in an enterprise setting.
• Strong command-line skills with PowerShell and BASH scripting, plus automation experience with GitOps, Ansible, and Argo CD.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container technologies like Docker.
• Hands-on experience in building images with Nexus and developing CI/CD pipelines in OpenShift.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Basic knowledge of layer 7 policies for container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters including patching and upgrades.
• Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, and compliance using Ansible and Terraform.
• Support CI/CD processes and GitOps enablement using tools like OpenShift Pipelines and Jenkins.
• Enforce security measures including RBAC and image governance.
• Manage namespaces, storage classes, routes, and developer self-service functionalities.
• Facilitate troubleshooting across production infrastructure, OS, containers, and applications.
• Maintain containerization support for various CI/CD tools and messaging systems.
