Job Summary
Seeking a RACF Mainframe Security Project Manager to manage RACF Directory Services (RDS) initiatives involving mainframe security tooling, project execution, automation, compliance, and security engineering. The ideal candidate will combine strong RACF/z/OS technical knowledge with proven program/project management experience.

Strong Program / Project Management experience
z/OS utilities: TSO, ISPF, SDSF
Mainframe infrastructure and security architecture
zSecure / Compliance Manager
Mainframe security monitoring, automation & reporting
MFA / Multifactor Authentication
Digital Certificates & Encryption
Understanding of DB2 / SQL / MS SQL / PostgreSQL
Experience managing complex, interdependent programs/projects
Key Responsibilities
Support RACF Security Architecture & Engineering with technical solutions and testing.
Assess technical feasibility of security proposals and solutions.
Coordinate with Application Development, Security, Systems Programming, DBA, IMS, MQ, Business and Audit teams.
Manage mainframe security initiatives including:
Role-Based Security
Privileged Access
Sensitive Data Protection
Security Automation
Drive RACF Directory Services metrics, controls, SOPs and compliance plans.
Prepare program status reports, dashboards and leadership presentations.
Manage project dependencies, WBS, resource allocation, Sprint & PI Planning.
Coordinate with Mainframe Project Managers on security initiatives.
