Full Job Description
Works and collaborates with cross-functional (internal and external) teams to plan, organize, and execute strategic merchandising initiatives that contribute to millions of dollars in annual sales opportunities. Assists with the deployment of tests and learns to help identify future merchandising opportunities, driving innovation and supportingcontinuedbusiness growth.

Job Details
Manages key cross-functional and strategic projects for merchandising to deliver significant value for the company; works throughout the organization to define, deliver, and measure project results. Provides project management, analytics, and measurement to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are achieved. (50%)
Gathers and interprets critical project data (POGs, Fixtures, Items, Labor, etc.) to identify key project elements while recommending changes that optimize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize risk. (20%)
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely responses and deliver solutions during the rollout and implementation process; maintains and provides weekly/monthly project status updates to management. (20%)
Leads travel initiative projects during implementation to ensure vendor compliance, execution excellence, and operational accuracy. (10%)

Bachelor's degree required and/or a minimum of 4+ years project management experience across multiple

projects, preferably within a retail or construction environment..
