Manages key cross-functional and strategic projects for merchandising to deliver significant value for the company; works throughout the organization to define, deliver, and measure project results. Provides project management, analytics, and measurement to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.

Gathers and interprets critical project data (POGs, Fixtures, Items, Labor, etc.) to identify key project elements while recommending changes that optimize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize risk.

Partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely responses and deliver solutions during the rollout and implementation process; maintains and provides weekly/monthly project status updates to management.

Leads travel initiative projects during implementation to ensure vendor compliance, execution excellence, and operational accuracy.

- Ability to proactively anticipate problems and identify appropriate actions/solutions to meet deadlines in a

- Ability to partner, coordinate, and delegate to all levels of management

- Proven skills in merchandising, space planning, supply chain and retail concepts and activities

- Ability to create and execute an implementation plan for rollout to network
- A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software required and experience with project
- management/reporting tools preferred
Bachelor's degree required and/or a minimum of 4+ years project management experience across multiple
projects, preferably within a retail or construction environment..
