Role: OneStream Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote is okay)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Consultant to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with hands-on experience in OneStream XF, capable of designing, developing, and optimizing financial consolidation and planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Development
o Design and implement OneStream CPM solutions for Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A.
o Build and maintain metadata, cube views, dashboards, forms, quick views, and workflow profiles.
o Develop and manage business rules including:
o Custom Consolidations
o Intercompany Eliminations
o Currency Translations
o Cash Flow Automations
o Event Handler Rules
• Integration & Automation
o Integrate OneStream with external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) via REST APIs, SQL, or file-based ETL.
o Ensure data integrity, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
o Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Testing & Documentation
o Support UAT, system testing, and issue resolution.
o Maintain documentation for solution design, test scripts, admin guides, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ implementation experience with OneStream on Consolidation and planning and 10-15 years in EPM platforms.
• Proficiency in:
o OneStream Design Studio, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow
o VB.NET, SQL, C#, Python
o Smart View and Excel Add-In
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles and planning processes.
• Experience with metadata management, data reconciliation, and audit compliance.
• Familiarity with marketplace solutions like BI Blend, Thing Planning, People Planning.
• Ability to translate finance business requirements into technical OneStream solutions.
Mandatory Skills: OneStream.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
