Onsite Community Manager - High-Rise Residential CondominiumPay: $85,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, some weekend/on-call as needed]

What You'll DoResident Relations & Front Desk
- Deliver top-tier concierge service: packages, dry cleaning, mail, plant watering, and contractor escorts (no offsite errands)
- Build strong relationships with residents and respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- Organize community events and programs
- Oversee all front desk processes, staffing, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate moves and answer/direct phone calls
Property Oversight
- Conduct bi-weekly violation walks and draft violation letters as needed
- Coordinate owner projects and repairs with maintenance and portfolio managers
- Monitor building security, including door checks and camera spot-checks
- Attend Board of Directors meetings
- Support maintenance scheduling and property inspections
Financial Support
- Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Coordinate with accounting on invoices and reporting
Minimum Requirements
What You Bring- Customer service/administrative background (hotel, property management, retail, or similar)
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- College degree or professional certificate a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfort with basic math and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Building Link, key fob systems, and security camera systems a plus
- M100 and CMCA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
