  • Act as a technical authority and mentor, conducting design reviews, providing technical guidance, and raising engineering and architectural maturity.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Provide senior technical leadership during production issues, including root-cause analysis, remediation, and preventive improvements.
  • Advise senior technology leadership on platform modernization, architecture roadmaps, and strategic technology decisions.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience, including senior architecture and technical leadership roles.
  • Experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and enterprise backend systems.
  • Proven experience designing and governing data platforms using Databricks, Python, Spark, and SQL.

  • Experience implementing and supporting rule engines and complex business logic frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau, modern UI technologies, including React, and integration with backend and data platforms.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services, cloud-native architecture, and hybrid/on-prem to cloud migration.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor global, cross-functional teams.
