Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and administrative support to the project team.
- Manage and coordinate engineering documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes and action items.
- Assist with design and construction reviews.
- Track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change-related activities.
- Support coordination between engineers, construction staff, and stakeholders.
- Assist and support Lead Reviewers on Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reviews.
- Provide construction design documentation support by coordinating and assembling existing as-built records.
- Review design documents for contract compliance.
- Support field investigations and site data collection.
- Work closely with designers, construction managers, and stakeholders.
- Assist and support the Construction Management Team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Completed or in-progress college degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
