Position Description: As part of a major client program, the **Operational Data Platform (ODP)* is entering a new phase focused on integrating additional data sources and expanding the organization's data analytics capabilities. To accelerate data integration efforts, support ongoing development activities, and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives through 2027, we are seeking an **ODP Developer**. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of data integration solutions, while ensuring the performance, reliability, and availability of the ODP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Data Development & Integration
Analyze business and technical requirements related to new data integration initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain data acquisition pipelines within the Operational Data Platform (ODP).
Configure and integrate new data sources into the platform.
Enhance and adapt existing data acquisition processes to meet evolving business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain **SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)* packages for data ingestion and transformation.
Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the enterprise data platform.
Performance Optimization
Optimize SQL scripts and data processing workflows to improve reporting and data integration performance.
Continuously improve the overall performance of the ODP platform.
Identify opportunities for optimization and implement development best practices.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the platform.
Production Support & Maintenance
Provide advanced technical support for ODP data processing activities.
Diagnose and resolve production incidents affecting the ODP platform.
Investigate and remediate failed data feed jobs.
Monitor daily data ingestion processes.
Ensure the proper operation of ODP dashboards and platform components.
Participate in on call support and production support activities when required.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
Design and develop automation mechanisms for data processing workflows.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration and operational processes.
Produce and maintain up to date technical documentation.
Participate in code reviews and promote development standards and best practices.
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Application, Infrastructure, Business Intelligence (BI), and business teams.
Participate in technical analysis, solution design, and architecture workshops.
Support business users and project teams during the onboarding of new data sources.
Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Data Engineering team.
Responsibilities

Optimizing SQL queries, SSIS packages, and overall platform performance.
Maintaining the stability and operational efficiency of the ODP platform.
Investigating and resolving data processing incidents.
Applying development standards, BI best practices, and data engineering principles.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum **3 to 7 years* of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
Strong hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions.
Good understanding of data warehouse and business intelligence architectures.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
