Oculoplastic Surgeon-Tampa Bay

St. Luke's is seeking full-time Board Certified, or Board Eligible, Ophthalmologist specializing in Oculoplastic who is interested in making a difference. This is a high volume, fast paced multi-location practice with three surgery centers that span throughout Florida. St. Luke's is an established practice with a long-standing reputation for excellence in cataract surgery and eye care. Our multi-sub-specialty practice has state of the-art equipment and facilities, and our doctors continue the tradition of innovation and development of new technologies and techniques in ophthalmology that our founder, Dr. James Gills began when he first opened the doors in 1968. Our practice is Family-Owned.

As an Oculoplastic Surgeon, you will be able to grow your own clientele in our Tampa Bay locations via its surrounding areas. We have a strong established patient base, a large referral community, and outstanding growth potential. Work with world class physicians and staff as part of an exceptional team. Job Responsibilities:
  • Diagnoses, assesses, and treats Oculoplastic conditions, diseases, and disorders
  • Performs comprehensive eye exams
  • Surgery and medications as needed - No primary eye care
  • Meet the high internal demands for Upper and Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty procedures
  • Advises patients on eye health, vision correction options, and lifestyle changes
  • Monitors patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Keeps patient records up-to-date and review medical histories
  • Works collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients
