Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team of Early Intervention Providers.

New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Our Children's Therapeutic Services program at Easterseals provides pediatric occupational therapy services that harness each child's natural curiosity to support growth and development in partnership with families and caregivers. This Occupational Therapist position works with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to deliver early intervention services-including speech, sensory, and occupational therapy-in-home to children from birth to 3 years of age.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments
  • Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Writing daily and quarterly progress reports and participating as a member of IFSP and IEP teams
  • Therapy is provided in home and clinic settings


Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid and Current OT License
  • Reliable vehicle and insurance
  • 3 years' experience working with young children preferred, but we welcome motivated new graduates!


Compensation: $85,000 per year

Hours:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

8:00am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday schedule
